Its such a mentality shift, ship first then sell, vs first sell then ship. 1. you sell something that works vs a dream 2. you arent locked in a marketfit projection Do you do this? And if yes how? I am adapting the fail fast experimenting search for marketfit based on tryouts, its a leap of faith but kinda refreshing change from designing strategies forever 😅

Agree, From my experience, to see them as competitors makes you act reactive. Which is usually taking you away from your focus. Convert them in partners is taking less resources than steering away from core to try to be on top. Doest always work, but you find out soon, and move on.
