Aşure (Ashura) is a traditional Turkish dessert made with a mix of grains, legumes, dried fruits, and nuts. Also known as “Noah’s Pudding,” it symbolizes unity, sharing, and abundance. A delicious reminder that differences can come together in harmony. 

We cook it in big pots and share it with all our loved ones and neighbors. A beautiful tradition of togetherness, kindness, and gratitude. 🙏
