tldr; if you tip usdc + stake I reckon you will get an allocation on tuesday next week when we do the refresh

we're progressively iterating on allocations on a weekly basis for this season (currently on week 2 of 4)

we're relying on @quotient to help structure a criteria-based merit-focused framework focused on app uasge (e.g. usdc tipping + staking) for new allocation assignment, and then once folks have allocations looking at their allocating impact (e.g. who was tipped, did the tip recipient start using tipn etc) to determine follow-on allocations

they're going to push out a thread for this week's allocations and will continue to socialize that
