Don't Neglect your partner's Emotional Needs. Ignoring their feelings is as harmful as physical absence. Emotional neglect leaves your partner feeling lonely, even beside you. This can lead to micro cheating and progress to physical cheating if not addressed. Think and adjust : 1. When was the last time I asked how they’re really doing? 2. Do I listen with my heart or just with my ears? 3. What am I afraid of hearing? 4. How can I make them feel emotionally safe? Action tips: Ask your partner, “How are you feeling today?”—and truly listen. I hope you are not multitasking while discussing issues of emotions like pressing your phone while talking or both of you are glued to your phone instead cuddling or handling issues. Have time for your partner and understand their feelings and needs. On the other hands, learn to express your feelings to your partner and don't live on assumptions
