I would make the propeller retractable or able to position to minimise drag and risk deteriorating the blades. The road is a very hostile environment, with rubber bits, gravels, dirt, tar drops, trees, rocks, other vehicules... In the sky you only fear bugs and birds. I'm not convinced such a fragile car could go through potholes without the need for a full check before flight.
