I started making my own at home - Ninja blender thing - 2 scoops Dymatize Elite - Spinach Leaves - Chia Seeds - some collagen peptides - a few frozen berries (strawberry, blueberry, blackberries) - 8-10 oz milk I have this 3 times a week right after my muscle workout The Dymatize has, per scoop, 25g protein, 5.5g BCAAs (whatever that is), 2g carp, 2g sugar, 3g fat, etc. I do 2 scoops. so I'm guessing that gives me around 70g protein I guess. I also intermittent fast most of the time
