here’s what i’ve gathered about the new allowance distribution:

• casting won’t directly affect your rank 

• the allowances go to the most active tippers and high QUALITY users. - @jacek

I had completely given up on degen tipping thanks to all the crazy bots. Shit was just not fun anymore. My allowance is basically zero now and I don't care about it at all anymore. I'm not a fucking bot, would be cool if I can take a day off w/o allocation going to zero.
