There a way to manually update if it’s not promoting me to?

Warpcast updates can be a bit wonky sometimes. See if you can manually update. Once it is there, it'll be in the bottom navbar.

It takes several resets for it to work once you get the notification

You can try accessing the wallet directly from the app menu on your device. Look for the wallet icon and tap on it to open the application. If you still can't find it, check your app drawer or search for it using the search bar.

You will see the wallet icon on the navigation bar on the bottom of the page like this

Have you checked the app settings? Sometimes you need to enable notifications there to access new features. Hope this helps!
