It would be really great if this crowdfund had a dao, and the extra funds could be used, based on the dao, to support other crowdfunds, especially those that haven’t reached their targets or are really critical

if the crowdfund reaches or exceeds the funding target by the deadline, the creator can claim the funds

Can't create crowdfund, always timed out. What happen?

I think the creator should claim whatever is been donated to the crowdfunding. There is no need of denying the creator the fund because the crowdfunding couldn't reach its goal.
