it depends, it's a hard problem. focused on this from next week.

some common:
- use power badge plus + "followed by nicholas (and other blessed accounts)"
- gate by token holders / subscribers
- just enable power badge and have a small mod team that lets anyone curate things into Main or remove as needed.

what's the type of spam you typically see? people's definitions vary so an example is always helpful.

also, I presume you're referring to Recent since Main is only power badge folks and usually pretty clean.

That might be the simplest option for you: turn on moderation with automod, filter out non power badge holders, turn on reverse chrono & disable Recent.

yeah, that's the goal.
power badge is close to that, its just aggressive (~3500 ppl).

automod will have a botornot integration next week, if it detects bot will be filtered out. /social and /gaming would be first channels to try if interested.
