Crowdfund Creators

I receive multiple messages each week from @crowdfund creators who are surprised and upset that they are not able to claim funds raised if they did not reach their Funding Target. 

This mechanic is borrowed from Kickstarter. It allows people to support projects with the peace of mind that they will get a refund if the minimum budget required to pull off the project has not been reached. 

The mechanic is explained in @crowdfund’s Create screen. I encourage all crowdfund creators to read the explanations on that page before creating a crowdfund. A screenshot for the relevant section is attached here. 

When claiming a refund, supporters are able to Donate Anyway, which will trigger two transactions: one to claim the refund, and a second to send the funds to the creator. Creators cannot do this on behalf of supporters.

I understand that picking a funding target can be challenging. I am factoring this into design improvements that we will ship in the next month or two.
