I assume you are referring to The Leaderboard points?

It's definitely possible to have "multiple game" of varying stakes for Pay it Backward, but to be fair, they'd probably need to be separate games. ie. all the 5 USDC payers pay each other backwards, etc. And player demand would need to be high enough to avoid spreading things too thin...
