Other than the fact that farcaster doesn't work for me Like no mini app can stay open for even 5 seconds A plastic lighter near the oven exploded and the shrapnel went to my finger, and my hair burnt a little and my eylashes got brnt too and now one eye's eyelashes are shorter than the other and my ears were ringing for an hour I didn't mind dying, * just hate getting blind or something for this I found out there's a gc for betr that I can't afford to be in and it's like being left out of everything good and fun I can't go anywhere I feel like my phone is dying after a lot of years and no app is working properly and I'm so dependent on my phone because I don't have anything else I live in a horrible country and I feel like killing myself because no matter what i do, I'll never be truly happy I have an ache in heart that idk exactly where it is and why is it hurting I've gotten fat because of all the junk food and no real meal I feel like a useless piece of garbage that's wasting oxygen! And now I feel guilty because I unloaded all this on you! 💔

Hi GeeGee....I'm so sorry you've had such a bad day. 💜 Could I ask you to pause for minute and just think about a couple things: You've had much better days than this and you will again. It may not be tomorrow or it may be, but you and I both know life has a way of being a roller coaster that when you are the most down, things can go back up when you least expect it. Also, could you think of something you are thankful for, right now, in the midst of this horror. Someone who cares about you? Something you enjoy about life? Just the fact that several of us are coming to talk to you, shows that you have tremendous value to us. Can you take a deep breath so to speak and see what tomorrow brings?

you know, I really understand what you're saying and I appreciate you for saying them but rn I don't feel the good things I'm constantly worried about something, i fix something and in a minute i have to worry about fixing something else i feel tired (why do I have to live with so many problems? i mean even a decent internet connection is like a special privilege here!) all of this worry and restless mind is causing me early menopause (which is the biggest worry rn) i know I'm lucky to have people here talking to me and I feel a bit better but I'm passed the point to be comforted with emotions on the screen i want some actual interaction irl and i have no one

Yeah, I can imagine digital doesn't really do what you need. There are a lot of people on Farcaster from all over the world but getting connected or even saying the country can could be hard. Do you have anyone close by---any family, friend, casual aquaintance that seems like a nice person....a woman who works at a store nearby, a woman your age that's you've seen regularly at a store that you could just talk to....nothing big, say hi, ask how they are doing, do they want to have a coffee? Anything like that that you can think of? I know the way you feel, you'll just want to say 'no' but if you can think about it a little. Some eople are amazingly open at times, especially in a country that is struggling where people know you are all in the same boat and feel connected. I'm glad you are feeling a little better.
