Where my football lovers at?! Just wrapped an incredible first season coaching with the Jersey Shore Wave! After a final concussion ended my playing career, I didn’t know what was next, but coaching has lit a whole new fire. Seeing the game from this side? Total game-changer. I wish I had this insight as a player. Now I get to pass it on, not just drills and plays, but leadership, mindset, and heart. Fired up to keep growing the game, especially as flag football finally gets the spotlight our young women athletes deserve.
