Plotting to take onchain mainstream All through crypto’s existence, the quintessential problem it’s repeatedly come back with “what do I do with crypto?”. Finally, with L2s maturing and new applications emerging, we are starting to solve this problem. This is what @base is tackling head on by evolving Coinbase Wallet from a simple asset management solution to the home base of crypto and it’s L2 Base. We've been working closely with @coinbasewallet to power their upcoming social experiences on Farcaster and Base. Beta invites are rolling out, see below for more on how we did it 🧵

Neynar is tightly integrated across the new app. - Onboarding new users to Farcaster with one, simple API call (coming soon): Normie users don't deal with onchain fees, protocol onboarding, etc. We abstract away all pieces to create a simple onboarding flow to decentralized social - Powering social experiences across the app surface: Hydrate casts in home feeds, fetching channel feeds, user profiles, social graphs, and real-time conversations and replies. Our work on latency and reliability ensures that each interaction feels seamless, instantly responsive. - Real-Time notifications: Our Kafka streaming pipelines and notifications stack (for both mini apps and clients that host the apps) deliver instantaneous notifications. Developers can send notifications to users across multiple clients. - Advanced analytics: Our parquet pipelines power the app’s reward systems, analytics, and personalized user experiences
