An exchange of 1,000 people for 1,000 people has officially begun between Russia and Ukraine. In the first phase, the Russian Federation received 390 people, including civilians. By agreement of the parties in Istanbul, it will be held in the 1000 by 1000 format, however, due to the large number of people, the exchange will take place within a few days. Today, Russia and Ukraine exchanged the first 390 prisoners on the territory of Belarus. Currently, Russian military personnel and civilians are on the territory of Belarus, where they are receiving the necessary psychological and medical assistance.
