just one day offline - and here we have panic, in crypto community. Bitcoin -5%, alts too. Everybody exiting. 

I was the same, when I was trader. Now I'm builder and HODLER, and it feels different. Not really matter what happens right now. Not really matter to launch token right now or in 2 weeks.

It's all long-term play. Keeping this in mind all that stuff becomes not so important.

Crypto is rising in long-term. It may go down in 1 week/month, but it surely set new ATH in 1/2/3 years. We're just at the start point right now tbh. 
Stablecoins are getting adoption right now, new create projects growing right on our eyes (Hype, hello!). 

The key to be happy on any market condition - do what you like to do. Get joy from the process. HODL only what you believe in. 

I really love building, and I'll do it whatever happens. Result may be different, but process still will be and will bring me joy. That's the key!
