Sometimes the biggest win is getting out of bed and trying again. The world may not give you applause for it, but that doesn’t mean it’s not worthy of celebration. Showing up for yourself, especially when no one is watching, is one of the most powerful things you’ll ever do.

there was a morning i won’t forget. i woke up feeling heavy. nothing was wrong, but everything felt off. still, i got up, made tea, showed up to work, even smiled. no one saw the effort it took, but i did 😂😂.
