St Paul chose the one idol that represented an UNKNOWN deity bc the greeks added that one in case they missed a deity. So it’s literally a rhetorical point by Paul that the One True God is the One They DONT Know. only a brain melted Roman Catholic could read this passage and come to the opposite conclusion.
