Here’s a recipe for a fragrant seafood soup: take 300 g of mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid) rinse them in cold water in a pot heat 2 tbsp of olive oil sauté 1 finely chopped onion until translucent add 2 minced garlic cloves cook for a minute toss in 1 chopped bell pepper fry for another 3 minutes pour in 400 ml of tomato puree and 1 liter of fish or vegetable broth bring to a boil add 1 tsp of paprika a pinch of saffron salt and pepper to taste simmer for 15 minutes then add the seafood cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender finally stir in a handful of chopped parsley serve hot with crusty baguette enjoy a fantastic seaside flavor!
