Yes, that's exactly the problem, but first I'd have to recover the contours of these zones, which are currently just lines positioned side by side.

I suppose this is only a problem for the filled areas, right? Isn't there a tool that calculates how to recreate fills with lines depending on pen (tip) used? @marc93 and also @pixelsymphony have used a lot of color in their plotted artworks, maybe they have some recs.
