How many times should you follow up after an interview to take the L and just accept that you’re being completely ghosted?

Waiting to hear back on a prerecorded video interview, a first interview, and a second interview with no responses/updates after a follow-up email to each.

Also, WTF is up with this trend??

i experienced this with an nft project. only time i ever applied for a “web3” job… they continued to like my posts but weren’t getting back to me about the job lmao i think they couldn’t afford to hire anyone at all in the end but so unprofessional

Yeah, it's so unprofessional and such a big red flag. If I had more latitude to be picky, I definitely would be.

The worst and most unprofessional hiring experience I've ever gone through was with a corporation ranked among the top 50 in the Fortune 500. 🫠
