To summarize simply:

The green person is you, or anyone.

You're facing a choice that looks important (red or blue), but no matter what you pick, you're entering the same system (hence the red and blue silhouettes all rising into the same unknown space).

The artist may be reflecting on how modern life presents false dichotomies, where individual choice feels important but is ultimately absorbed into the same larger structure.
