Kinda aligns with my observations – even well-funded companies still struggle to find good engineers, but there are just fewer junior positions

As you already have the fundamentals, it seems like AI tools could be your superpower now to jump much faster to the next level

I trained up to be a junior, worked as a dev for 1yr and then jumped ship :)
