i never got into porn (i reckon the more common target audience is men haha) but I certainly encountered some whose perception and ideas had been thoroughly warped by it - and so their ability to interact and have relations with real women. actually chris hedges chapter in his empire on illusions is great on this theme. (It's called About Love, think it was the 2nd chapter :)
