Do you want peace of mind? Start with your phone. Unfollow people who drain you. Delete apps you haven’t touched in 6 months. Mute notifications that hijack your attention. We spend so much time online — why not make it peaceful? Your digital space reflects your mental space. A little decluttering can feel like a breath of fresh air. I recently learned about the need to do this and I thought to share. If you’ve ever rage-deleted apps to save your sanity drop a comment.

Well, I'm used to dealing with a lot of wereys. So I'm not used to moving, my mental foundation is strong. However, if any financial burden is disturbing my mental health, I'd block every portal of that. And I do it like I'm made for it 🥲
