The ceiling is quite high, maybe not too high but high, he's a recognised and established name in the league already with good numbers (this previous season) to back it up,guaranteed 20ga per season, he's quite good and I think that's why Brentford are trying to milk the transfer, they didn't do same with Norgaard.
