my parents are currently in the process of a messy divorce and it’s really terrible for my siblings and i. it’s been going on for almost a decade and i still don’t know how to feel about it. i literally haven’t been around my parents for years now and as i’m growing older it’s becoming hard to ignore the reality. so i’m asking for people with dysfunctional families like mine, how did you carry on? cos i can’t even cry or laugh. i’m completely stoic about it and it worries me that i can’t give the situation an emotion.

Honestly! I’d say you should take time about who you want to pick. For me picking a side has never been hard because there was just signs on who was the better person clearly. So take your time babes! I’m sure you’d make the right decision.
