I saw someone's label changed from 0 to 1 when he is away from warpcaster since 7 months!!!
But me and many others doing our best but see no changes🤷🏻‍♀️

Let me tell you a secret :
It's not important at all and this frame is not official and any source for Warpcast labels 😄

But agree with you in some cases , ridiculously it doesn't change with no reason (maybe they have their reasons, I don't know ) , also new users get spammy  labels when joined.
