Sometimes go to a cafe alone, go to the cinema alone, go shopping alone, try to be happy alone, don't tell anyone when you are deeply sad, and try to feel better and create a good mood for yourself alone;
After all, every person at some point in their life must come to believe that the only person who will stay with them, help them and make them feel better is themselves. :))
