As someone relatively new to Nouns, I don’t see things in such extreme terms. What brought me here — and what keeps me here — is the art, the spirit of collaboration, and the chance to meet talented people. I care about the treasury, of course, because I want my art to contribute to meaningful projects. But more than anything, I want to help make beautiful the things builders in this DAO are creating — through my work, through visual storytelling.
The whole leadership debate doesn’t really affect me — I’m not here chasing big money or trying to change how things work. I’m just looking to connect with people who want to build something together. I’d rather stay away from political takes and focus on spaces where I can keep creating without that noise.
Leadership shifts — they’re volatile. They’re out of my control. I don't even own a noun. And I prefer to share opinions only on things I truly feel I have the experience to speak on. I’m not going to pretend to know the whole history of Nouns — people like you (Mike) have been around way longer, you’ve seen more, lived through more of its evolution, and I totally respect that.
In a way, I’m still untouched by all that noise. I just want to keep doing what I love, meet people here, and find points of connection. Truth is, expressing complex thoughts in a second language isn’t easy — being eloquent is already hard enough in your native one, and still people might call you dumb. So yeah, I use tools like ChatGPT to help me say what I mean.
That's something you are not considering. We’re not that close — so I don’t expect people to really know where I stand. I don’t post strong takes because that’s not how I contribute. My real opinions? Only my close friends know them. Everything else, pixel art it is
