GM Nouners! 🐺 This is my second attempt to get a wolf head into the Nouns collection When I was growing up, I had an Alaskan Malamute who, for many years, was my only real friend. He had one blue eye and one brown. On Sundays, he’d pull me like a sled while I skated down the ciclovía. I’d spend hours lying on his body, and when he stood on two legs, he was taller than my mom But I’m not sharing this to get your vote. Because what hurts the most is the silence. People vote “no” but don’t share why — and that makes it hard to grow, to learn, to align. Is it the art? The compensation? The format? The timing? I honestly don’t know. But I’d love to understand. If the issue is the compensation, I just want to say: I don’t want to set the precedent that artists should work for free. Just because others have submitted free traits doesn’t mean that’s the only valid way. I’m open to changing things — but I can’t respond to what I don’t hear. For me, contributing to the Nouns collection would be a huge milestone as an artist. Being part of this infinite artwork is what gets me up in the morning. I want to be part of the conversation about art in Nouns — not just as a contributor, but as someone who listens, adapts, and grows with the community.
