South Korea has a new president. Lee Jae-myung secured nearly 49.5% of the popular vote for his second time securing victory. Oh Jeong-su gained about 41.2% but still fell short by some margin. The third candidate earned around 8.3%. Final polls were just completed after early voting finished.
