Bitcoin conversations are growing louder in the Nordics.
Last week, we joined BTCHEL, the largest Bitcoin conference in the region with 1,200+ attendees, global names like Adam Back, Jeff Booth and strong voices from Scandinavia, including Sander Andersen (H100), Christoffer De Geer (BTC AB) and Christian Ander (BTCX).
As a Bitcoin-only conference, Bitcoin as digital gold, as freedom money, and the importance of self-sovereignty were front and center. But the conference also included more business-oriented topics.
From Bitcoin mining’s role in the electricity grid to new payment solutions and growing stock exchange investments, the agenda showed how deeply Bitcoin is shaping finance and infrastructure.
