Bitcoin conversations are growing louder in the Nordics. Last week, we joined BTCHEL, the largest Bitcoin conference in the region with 1,200+ attendees, global names like Adam Back, Jeff Booth and strong voices from Scandinavia, including Sander Andersen (H100), Christoffer De Geer (BTC AB) and Christian Ander (BTCX). As a Bitcoin-only conference, Bitcoin as digital gold, as freedom money, and the importance of self-sovereignty were front and center. But the conference also included more business-oriented topics. From Bitcoin mining’s role in the electricity grid to new payment solutions and growing stock exchange investments, the agenda showed how deeply Bitcoin is shaping finance and infrastructure. Watch the short recap from Helsinki here.
