agreed. simplify. my team recently worked with a partner building a blockchain-based resumé (LER - learner employer record) solution — in a recent study, they saw a **600% YoY increase** in total human cost required just to review incoming job applicant resumés. 600 PERCENT. Because every resume can be tailored with AI precisely to the job post, none can be easily disqualified and the total volume is greater with AI bots doing the submitting. It's breaking the traditional talent pipeline in many ways and it's not sustainable.
