Coinbase's KYC team kept asking for sensitive docs, provided everything until they asked for my bank account balance... Refused and asked for an alternative. My account got restricted. A month later Coinbase had a data breach. Ironic. Love the @base team, but @coinbase needs to fix its data collection and customer service. - KYC shouldn't be so invasive. - Security has to be priority. - Coinbase, like Base, should be for everyone. @jessepollak
