Doesn’t feel like that actively but when I spend a day full on with Germans then I feel how much easier it is (and that’s with me feeling close to native in English)

German is my default though most of my day runs in English and then I think in English too.

Dreams depends usually German though some people in there are attached to English so can be English dreams too

French I lost the thinking and dreaming since I don’t speak it actively anymore. Can get back to thinking French if talking for 2+ hours

Dreams have no language or even talking, 

My thoughts are 70 percent in english 30 percent in turkish,

I do! Specially when I'm under a lot of stress (deadlines to finish an artwork) my brain starts to switch all my thoughts in english. Currently I'm learning by myself basic chinese (super rusty) and now at the gym I count my reps in a mix of chinese and spanish.
