Fentanyl, opiates, etc., yeah they are horrible and more dangerous on any given occasion but they are not nearly as accepted or pervasive as alcohol, far more families are impacted by alcohol than these others tbh

Exactly. Alcohol hides in plain sight — legal, loved, but wrecks way more lives quietly.
