If you want to grow your following on FC and are having trouble - cast more.

Challenge yourself to cast at least once a day and to reply to at least 3 casts in major channels.

It can feel like shouting into the void to start but the more natural it becomes the larger your following will grow in tandem.

I guess there is only one way to grow:
- Being active! 

Obviously, it won't help much to Cast without followers, so the key is to interact with others on FC. 

Approach it like a natural conversation. 
Don't spam. 
Be yourself. 
Add value. 
Be curious.
