I am still working through the Three Body Problem, but I also picked up this book yesterday after listening to an interview with the author. He's a physician who was born in Nazi-occupied Hungary and he has a deep interest/knowledge in the effects of trauma and the mind-body connection to our health. I highly recommend listening to him speak if you have a chance. Very insightful man!
