I succeeded in making lifting a daily habit by completely left curving my approach to it Strongly recommended, takes away half the excuses for flaking out After nearly a year of bench press, pull ups, and picking up a 100lb kettlebell, I’m about to add in shoulder press Might consider adding some other lifts in 2026 if my body becomes conspicuously weird shaped

Overhead Presses are great. Just started doing those again. I like Olympic press better though, full body (floor to overhead)
