Plain flavor is the best, can fortify anything with it, especially winter food like stew, soup, curry. Iprefer pea protein to soy though.

Yeah. Plain protein has many applications. I ran out of flour and made pizza dough w/ 40% pea protein powder. Good in pancakes also.
