First crossfit class in a LONG time.
1 power clean
1 Front squat
1 Push Press
1 back squat
1 behind the neck push press
7 sets (apparently) unbroken, 5 rounds of them for 20 mins
Good to be back at one of the best gyms in BKK though !!!
