Hi, @mostafa1992 nice to meet you too. Iβm 41 years old. I believe perfectionism is inversely proportional to age. As you get older, you start realizing that itβs not necessarily a good thing, it often holds you back from taking action. You try to unlearn it. It probably has more to do with personality and the way you were raised.
