a new stealth address is resolved for the user every time the ENS is queried the stealth address is generated offchain and the response is verified onchain (the same way subdomains like uni.eth work) lmk if you have any questions! https://docs.ens.domains/learn/ccip-read/#offchain-resolution

yes, it queries our endpoint (we compute the stealth address in real time), then the response is verified onchain
