⚠️ What’s not hitting (yet): • $120 per year with no monthly option feels steep for casual users • NFT has zero utility, just a collectible flex • Subscriptions are only through the app, not onchain • Some features won’t be ready at launch, which might disappoint early backers 🧠My take: Farcaster is betting on alignment over gimmicks No shortcuts. No ads. Just a protocol powered by its users and builders If it works, this could be the blueprint for sustainable Web3 social If it fails, at least it’s not pretending to be free while selling your attention
