3 years ago I was t-boned by a driver that ran a red light. As my airbags deployed and the car spun, I reached over to hold onto my dog. Time slowed down and my sole focus in those chaotic seconds was keeping him safe. Mama bear energy. I’ll never forget the look of fear on his face.

By some miracle no one was injured. Every so often I reflect on the accident with deep gratitude it didn’t turn out worse. And with a humble reverence for how quickly mundane moments can turn terrifying due to factors largely out of my control.

a crate won't have airbags tho... so makes me uncredeulous / uncomfortable

really scared to get my dog onto a car and dunno whats the real best way to do so safely (regardless of law abiding )
