Consensus network overload (too many validators). Dilution through issuance. Liquid ETH scarcity (too much staked). Overpaying for security (decreasing marginal utility of validators). Winner-takes-most (e.g. Lido) governance attack. Rewards people not actually doing the work to secure the network.
