An idea popped into my mind: a new ICO protocol, DeFund. 1. Stakers stake stablecoins to a fund pool 2. Delegate the funds to decentralized due diligence org like THE LAO or more local/independent fund managers 3. They decide investment 4. Tokens of the projects will be distributed to fund managers and stakers. š

So if I understand correctly the middle layers (FUND POOL) consists of a lot of smaller funds that independently invest in projects
